I’m a speaker, mother, philanthropist, everyday-life philosopher, and the co-founder of Mindvalley, a global school that delivers transformational education for all ages. ’m also a perfectionist who has accepted her true nature and a woman on her own path of spiritual growth 😉

Think of all the roles that you play in your life (personally, professionally, and socially) and how differently you may show up in each one to adjust and belong. Where do you draw the line between these masks and who you are at your most comfortable? How often do you depend on one (or several) of them to define your identity? In this introductory lesson, we’ll identify your unique roles and masks and how they affect public opinion and ultimately — your self-perception.
Switching off Autopilot
You must have had days, weeks, or even months pass by and wonder where the time went or if you had lived any moment of it meaningfully. While humans thrive through habits, routines, and systems, there is a danger to running on autopilot and being clouded from the present moment. In this lesson, we’ll go through the Awakening Awareness and New Beginnings exercises — so you can notice your states, thoughts, and emotions throughout the day and create habits that serve you, not cloud you.
Emotional First Aid
Emotions are health signals that should be taken as seriously as we do physical sensations such as pain. Yet to this day, most of us still take the bandaid approach of suppressing or dismissing painful (and even pleasurable!) feelings, instead of learning to process and respond to them as a vehicle for healing and thriving. In this lesson, you’ll learn the importance of Meeting Your Dragons — aka your emotions — as a key step towards Flawesomehood.
Now that you’ve unlocked some “prohibited” doors in your emotional realm, it’s time to train your dragon with useful mindfulness practice to work with hurt and any defense mechanisms or coping strategies that you have. Based on psychologist Susan David’s framework — Diary of Emotions — you’ll learn how to find comfort in discomfort and begin to master your emotions.
When was the last time you took a moment to identify and acknowledge your own strengths, instead of focusing on your weaknesses or relying on others to tell you what you’re good at and “bad” at? How often do you get sucked into the whirlwind of hustle and bustle as you chase a goal, that you lose sight of why you’re going there in the first place? In this lesson, we’ll unpack the myth of the hustle culture and discover what success could truly look and feel like for you when you learn to harness your superpowers, not your weaknesses.
Rediscovering Your Life
Throughout life, we’ve been told to attach our idea of success to the procurement of a thing, a status, or a size. But what actually fulfills us are the emotions, connections, and sense of ease that these targets can help us to embody. It’s time to reimagine the beautiful life that you want to create for yourself, not through setting means and targets, but by visualizing Your Perfect Day.
Transforming Your Beliefs
Your life is the result of what you believe in — a “truth loop” that was created when an idea was taught to you by another person or by a meaning you gave to an experience earlier in your life. How do you untangle this loop so that you can identify what needs to be removed from, added to, or updated in your belief system? Let’s explore the different kinds of truth, how beliefs form and work, and how you can create a new belief system for the life you want.
Becoming Honest With Yourself
Have you ever heard of the controversial concept — “If you repeat a lie often enough, it becomes the truth”? Humans are just as prone to believing a delusion created by themselves as they are a delusion created by others. It’s common for people to unknowingly (or even knowingly) stay in denial as a way to cope and stay in a comfort zone. In this lesson, I’ll help you understand the nature of deception, how to break through delusion, and become more honest with yourself using the 6 principles of honesty.
Treat You With Kindness
We often don’t offer ourselves the same kindness and compassion that we’ve been taught to show others. Kindness is one of the simplest ways to give yourself the support you need to get to a place of self-love and self-acceptance. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to be kind to yourself by acknowledging your efforts (no matter how small), cutting yourself some well-earned slack, and loving yourself with your dragons, not despite them!
Activate Your Courage
How many times have you put off empowering goals and decisions because you became so preoccupied with the big picture or the entire journey? Whether you’re indecisive, a procrastinator, or an overthinker (like me) — I’ll teach you how to expand your comfort zone with two exercises that will help you activate the courage you need to get off the ground and take the first step towards loving and honoring yourself.

It takes a team to create a leader. One of the biggest ways to sabotage your growth is to play the lone wolf and resist help because of a fear of rejection or abandonment. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to identify the green and red flags for curating a tribe of uplifters, not enablers.

Why I Created The Art Of Being Flawsome…
I have been “perfect” most of my life. As the only child born in the Soviet Union, my natural desire to be good was on steroids… with no room for error. So I studied well, behaved well, went to a good university, and made a great career. When I discovered personal growth, I was determined to tick all the boxes for becoming a perfectly “awakened” student.
By the age of 40 — I had a thriving business in the personal growth industry, a successful husband, two children (a boy and a girl), and was living a perfectly Instagram-able life. Don’t get me wrong — I’m immensely grateful for my life and the privilege that I have. But up until recently, I hid behind this shield of perfection with a “shameful” secret: The only place where I could truly put my mask(s) down, break down and cry, and admit that I was lost and confused… was alone in my bathroom.
I did this for years until I decided that enough was enough. I was done playing the perfect woman. I refused to be in the survival mindset of “control everything or lose everything”. And I no longer wanted to join the hustle just to fit someone else’s definition of deserved success. I also observed a dangerous expectation in my field — that you had to be mistake-proof and have it all figured out… or risk being canceled. That personal growth is some kind of degree where you could be done one day and live the rest of your life invincible.
But what I realized is that the key to happiness and fulfillment is to simply be at peace with who I am… so that self-love and transformation can take place naturally. That’s why I decided to create The Art of Being Flawsome.
