A 4-Week Program To Break The Wall Of Perfectionism And Love The Current Version Of You… So You Can Become The Best Version Of You.

In this step-by-step live online program and rare group mentorship experience, you’ll be guided by entrepreneur, speaker, and co-founder of Mindvalley, Kristina Mand-Lakhiani, as she teaches you powerful, inspiring and proven techniques to define your own measures of success and happiness so you can take charge of your life and have the best relationship with yourself — flaws and all!

Guess What?
Self-Love Is Far From Perfect.

Have you ever fallen in love with the idea of a person… even when you don’t really know who they are? Your brain starts to emphasize their ideal qualities and romanticize the relationship that you could have… leaving barely any room for mistakes and differences. You even begin to define them according to what you believe other people would deem the total package. Well, we do that even with ourselves, don’t we? We become so fixated with this idea of who we should become that we grow to love that picture of perfection… but not the work-in-progress that we are in real life.

The problem is, when the object of your self-love is far from the real you… the harder it is for you to love the real you. It’s not our fault. At every stage of our life, we’re told which strengths to embody, which flaws to hide, and which roles to play. We try our best to adopt these qualities so we can become worthy of love and admiration. This is the perfect recipe for the classic perfectionist. You might know one (or are one) — they’re constantly under pressure to keep up appearances. Their identity is tied to their achievements. They’ve likely succumbed to the hustle culture and associate success with buuusy hard work. They were raised in an environment where happiness is earned, emotions are inconvenient, and authenticity is concealed.

This, I believe, is why so many struggle with harmful self-criticism and are unable to love and accept themselves. Even the concepts of self-love and authenticity have been outsourced externally to resemble the perfect “badass” — a picturesque wellness retreat, a self-made business, a trending social media rant — you get the picture! But, as you may already know, true authenticity and happiness can only begin from that internal place… your relationship with yourself. Because here’s the truth: You can’t become a better version of you… until you come to peace with the current version of you.

The good news is — the process of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-love doesn’t have to be painstaking or, you guessed it — perfect! Instead, it can be intriguing, exciting, enjoyable, rewarding, and completely attainable. In The Art of Being Flawsome, I’ll guide you step-by-step through the essential principles and practices you need to celebrate your strengths, embrace your flaws, and truly accept who you are at this very moment and on this very day. And that’s flawesome 🙂

Flawesome

/flɔːs(ə)m/

Someone who celebrates their strengths and accepts themselves for their flaws — not despite them — because they know they are already enough and worthy of the love they need to thrive.

6 Things You’ll Experience When You Practice The Art Of Being Flawsome

This program is not about the grandiose promise of complete transformation or spiritual transcendence. This is about making the commitment to actively set things in motion and creating change by integrating small, simple, and powerful practices… so that you can start creating and experiencing the results you want. Not “someday”… not when you get to “X”… not during a special culminating event — but in your regular day-to-day life. In The Art Of Being Flawesome, I’ve distilled my 18 years of study and experience in personal development into an intimate 4-week learning and applying experience.

And I’m only opening the doors to 30 people to make sure you get the guidance you need in this live group mentorship… At the end of the program, you’ll begin to experience what real self-love feels like:

1
You’ll Switch From Autopilot Mode
To Present Mode

When you become aware of the roles and masks that you have in different areas of your life — your days become less passive, your actions become more intentional, and your attention falls effortlessly on the present.

2
YOU’LL LEARN TO MANAGE SITUATIONS
UNDER PRESSURE BETTER

Isn’t anxiety basically expectation meets perfectionism? When you take the pressure off and start to love who you are — challenges become more manageable, to-do lists feel a lot less like a constant state of crisis, and uncertainty stops becoming the scariest place on earth.

3
PRODUCTIVITY & CREATIVITY COMES
WITH MORE EASE…

When the need to constantly prove yourself starts to disappear, so does the insecure “imposter” within you. Life stops feeling like a competition so you can pursue your goals with ease, enthusiasm, and flow..

4
YOU’LL FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE CONNECTING
& SHOWING UP IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS

When you start to be at peace with yourself, honor your needs, and show yourself love and compassion — you’ll be able to set healthier boundaries, communicate your emotions, and let others truly see you for who you are.

5
YOU’LL EXPERIENCE LESS SHAME AND GUILT…
AND MORE BALANCE AND CONFIDENCE

The opportunity to define, set, and live by your terms for happiness, authenticity, and living means that you’ll be able to set healthier boundaries and take ownership of your goals without having to explain or justify them to anybody.

6
YOU’LL HAVE MORE EMPATHY FOR YOURSELF…
AND GENUINELY LIKE YOURSELF

Isn’t that the dream — to not only genuinely love yourself… but also be able to honestly say that you like yourself? The same way you like an important person in your life, with all the strengths, quirks, and nuances that they come with..

Hi, I’m Kristina

I’m a speaker, mother, philanthropist, everyday-life philosopher, and the co-founder of Mindvalley, a global school that delivers transformational education for all ages. ’m also a perfectionist who has accepted her true nature and a woman on her own path of spiritual growth 😉

For the past 18 years, I’ve been immersed in the personal transformation industry, collaborating and learning with leading thinkers and teachers in consciousness, relationships, human performance, parenting, and life optimization.

As a speaker, I’ve had the privilege of sharing the stage with some of the most inspirational people I’ve ever met — such as Dr. Shefali Tsabary, Jay Shetty, Michael Beckwith, Marc Cuban, Lisa Nichols, and Marisa Peer. Throughout my journey, I’ve been fortunate to acquire the tools and systems to help make authenticity the heart of my life.

Whether it’s starting my businesses, being active in causes I’m passionate about, going to the places I love, spending time with my two kids, or embracing the virtuous and the “wicked” sides of who I am — I’m set on taking in and relishing every moment as it comes…

And it’s my mission to empower you to do the same for yourself… in your own unique way. I’m really excited to be hosting my first live group mentoring program, Practical Self-Love: The Art of Being Flawsome — and I look forward to meeting you there.

A Sneak Peek of What You’ll Experience In The Art Of Being Flawsome…

Lesson 1:
Meeting You

Think of all the roles that you play in your life (personally, professionally, and socially) and how differently you may show up in each one to adjust and belong. Where do you draw the line between these masks and who you are at your most comfortable? How often do you depend on one (or several) of them to define your identity? In this introductory lesson, we’ll identify your unique roles and masks and how they affect public opinion and ultimately — your self-perception.

Lesson 2:
Switching off Autopilot

You must have had days, weeks, or even months pass by and wonder where the time went or if you had lived any moment of it meaningfully. While humans thrive through habits, routines, and systems, there is a danger to running on autopilot and being clouded from the present moment. In this lesson, we’ll go through the Awakening Awareness and New Beginnings exercises — so you can notice your states, thoughts, and emotions throughout the day and create habits that serve you, not cloud you.

Lesson 3:
Emotional First Aid

Emotions are health signals that should be taken as seriously as we do physical sensations such as pain. Yet to this day, most of us still take the bandaid approach of suppressing or dismissing painful (and even pleasurable!) feelings, instead of learning to process and respond to them as a vehicle for healing and thriving. In this lesson, you’ll learn the importance of Meeting Your Dragons — aka your emotions — as a key step towards Flawesomehood.

Lesson 4:
Emotional Mastery

Now that you’ve unlocked some “prohibited” doors in your emotional realm, it’s time to train your dragon with useful mindfulness practice to work with hurt and any defense mechanisms or coping strategies that you have. Based on psychologist Susan David’s framework — Diary of Emotions — you’ll learn how to find comfort in discomfort and begin to master your emotions.

Lesson 5:
Rediscovering Yourself

When was the last time you took a moment to identify and acknowledge your own strengths, instead of focusing on your weaknesses or relying on others to tell you what you’re good at and “bad” at? How often do you get sucked into the whirlwind of hustle and bustle as you chase a goal, that you lose sight of why you’re going there in the first place? In this lesson, we’ll unpack the myth of the hustle culture and discover what success could truly look and feel like for you when you learn to harness your superpowers, not your weaknesses.

Lesson 6:
Rediscovering Your Life

Throughout life, we’ve been told to attach our idea of success to the procurement of a thing, a status, or a size. But what actually fulfills us are the emotions, connections, and sense of ease that these targets can help us to embody. It’s time to reimagine the beautiful life that you want to create for yourself, not through setting means and targets, but by visualizing Your Perfect Day.

Lesson 7:
Transforming Your Beliefs

Your life is the result of what you believe in — a “truth loop” that was created when an idea was taught to you by another person or by a meaning you gave to an experience earlier in your life. How do you untangle this loop so that you can identify what needs to be removed from, added to, or updated in your belief system? Let’s explore the different kinds of truth, how beliefs form and work, and how you can create a new belief system for the life you want.

Lesson 8:
Becoming Honest With Yourself

Have you ever heard of the controversial concept — “If you repeat a lie often enough, it becomes the truth”? Humans are just as prone to believing a delusion created by themselves as they are a delusion created by others. It’s common for people to unknowingly (or even knowingly) stay in denial as a way to cope and stay in a comfort zone. In this lesson, I’ll help you understand the nature of deception, how to break through delusion, and become more honest with yourself using the 6 principles of honesty.

Lesson 9:
Treat You With Kindness

We often don’t offer ourselves the same kindness and compassion that we’ve been taught to show others. Kindness is one of the simplest ways to give yourself the support you need to get to a place of self-love and self-acceptance. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to be kind to yourself by acknowledging your efforts (no matter how small), cutting yourself some well-earned slack, and loving yourself with your dragons, not despite them!

Lesson 10:
Activate Your Courage

How many times have you put off empowering goals and decisions because you became so preoccupied with the big picture or the entire journey? Whether you’re indecisive, a procrastinator, or an overthinker (like me) — I’ll teach you how to expand your comfort zone with two exercises that will help you activate the courage you need to get off the ground and take the first step towards loving and honoring yourself.

Lesson 11:
Creating Your Tribe

It takes a team to create a leader. One of the biggest ways to sabotage your growth is to play the lone wolf and resist help because of a fear of rejection or abandonment. But having a community of like-minded people who share your goals and that you can deeply connect with is exactly the kind of support and encouragement you need to accept and love yourself. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to identify the green and red flags for curating a tribe of uplifters, not enablers.

Lesson 12:
New Rituals

Starting (and keeping) a healthy habit is just as difficult as destroying an unhealthy one, which is why so many transformation programs don’t stick. The trick is not to make a 180-degree turn but merely adjust your trajectory by a few degrees. In this final lesson on being Flawesome, we’ll assess the 12 categories in your Wheel of Life to integrate small, sustainable, and substantial changes.

Why I Created The Art Of Being Flawsome…

I have been “perfect” most of my life. As the only child born in the Soviet Union, my natural desire to be good was on steroids… with no room for error. So I studied well, behaved well, went to a good university, and made a great career. When I discovered personal growth, I was determined to tick all the boxes for becoming a perfectly “awakened” student.

By the age of 40 — I had a thriving business in the personal growth industry, a successful husband, two children (a boy and a girl), and was living a perfectly Instagram-able life. Don’t get me wrong — I’m immensely grateful for my life and the privilege that I have. But up until recently, I hid behind this shield of perfection with a “shameful” secret: The only place where I could truly put my mask(s) down, break down and cry, and admit that I was lost and confused… was alone in my bathroom.

I did this for years until I decided that enough was enough. I was done playing the perfect woman. I refused to be in the survival mindset of “control everything or lose everything”. And I no longer wanted to join the hustle just to fit someone else’s definition of deserved success. I also observed a dangerous expectation in my field — that you had to be mistake-proof and have it all figured out… or risk being canceled. That personal growth is some kind of degree where you could be done one day and live the rest of your life invincible.

But what I realized is that the key to happiness and fulfillment is to simply be at peace with who I am… so that self-love and transformation can take place naturallyThat’s why I decided to create The Art of Being Flawsome. My mission is to create an extraordinary life by making authenticity and self-acceptance at the heart of my wellbeing… and I want to empower as many people as I can to do the same. Including you.

In this program, I’ve distilled everything I’ve learned in the past 15 years from some of the best teachers and thinkers in personal growth that I had the privilege to work with… so that you can discover the essential principles and proven practices in 4 weeks.

By the end of The Art of Being Flawesome, you’ll have started to integrate small, practical, and sustainable change to define your happiness, live by those rules, and have the best relationship with yourself — flaws and all!

What My Previous Students Say About
My Programs

“I can be who I want to be without worrying about what people think”

What I was hoping to achieve to have a mindset that will take me to where I need to be I recommend this Mindvalley it has the best teachers online and it's easy to learn from different teachers with the same vision of impacting the world. The areas of my life where I have noticed the biggest change is my mindset. I can live the life that I want. I can be who I want to be without worrying about what people think.

My three takeaways after learning are: To embrace who I am as a person and my mindset : How I live my life will be determined by my mindset : To be authentic in my posts on social media serve the world. I have noticed the biggest change in my life how I present myself as a CEO. I have created my own authentic image.

“I feel more self-love and I more feel I’m enough”

Before I join the program, there were certain patterns in my life that I didn’t understand, and I felt uncomfortable with them and I didn’t feel enough. Thanks to this wonderful program, I discovered that most of these patterns were part of myself, of who I really am, and that there’s nothing wrong with me, and that everything is as it’s supposed to be. I’m very grateful for that, and now I feel more self-love and I more feel I’m enough. Thanks!

“I am finally courageous enough to allow the life that I want to come to me”

Before Kristina's course, I was afraid of even thinking about the life that I wanted. The life that my soul desired. Thanks to this program, I now know that I can live life-based on my own rules. That I can live a life similar to Richard Branson one of my heroes. I am finally courageous enough to allow the life that I want to come to me. My life is now devoted to living life the way that I want it and being my authentic self. Letting go of limits and embracing the infinite possibilities that life has in store for me. Thank you Kristina for this journey.

“I signed up for Kristina's program to change my life”

I signed up for Kristina's program to change my life. I work full time in a large telecom and have for 24 years. This year I divorced after 27 years. I decided in the height of the pandemic that I’m launching my jewelry business which I’ve dreamed of doing for about 5.5 years. Why not take a leap of faith I told myself. To that end I hired a vendor to produce my line of jewelry, purchased the small boxes to ship items to customers, hired a graphic artist to create my logo, hired Web Designer to create my Web Site and I’m researching Domestic and International Postal Rates to try to launch by mid-November. In addition, I help look after my 88-year old mother and two very spoiled cats. So I juggle a great deal each day. I guess one could say my days are full. I am blessed.

“The reason why I joined this course is because I often feel like an outsider”

Currently, I am focused on being a conduit for positive change through my career. I was drawn to this quest to nurture that desire by owning my ‘Otherness’ in an industry that seems to be fueled by and contributes to the social and economic constructs in America that are causing so much suffering today. Many people have tried to make me feel small and useless since the company was opened. Deep down I know I am neither, and I want to do my part in annihilating those greedy and cruel ideas behind money and power then redirecting our energies toward a better, more abundant future for all. I am, by nature, an extremely creative person. The obstacles I have faced and face have made me depressed and anxious, far from creative. I need to find the creative flow in my daily endeavors and the courage to blaze my own trail.

“It was an amazing discovery!”

During Kristina's quest, I had a lot of insights. As for the roles, dormant, but very important roles have opened that need to be brought to light and embody fully. I saw my dominant role, which brings me untold benefits, but in the situation that I find myself and am trying to resolve now, another role is needed, which I had in hibernation mode. It was an amazing discovery. Now I know what to do, and Christina's sincerity gave me courage 🙏 And how to express yourself, without fear of hurting the feelings of others, is very clear and straight to the point. And Christina really has a talent for leading meditations.

There Are Only 30 Seats
In This Rare Mentorship Opportunity…

This is the only time I’ve been this accessible to my students. During this live group mentoring and workshop, I’m sharing everything I’ve learned over the past 18 years as an international speaker, motivational trainer, and co-founder of Mindvalley.

But most of all — this is a rare opportunity for you to get a lot of attention and guidance from me for 4 weeks. It took me a few years to create this program. It’s an approach that I’ve never done before. In fact, it’s different from the top-selling programs that we publish on Mindvalley! But my team and some of my most trusted peers in the industry encouraged me to do this. I even consulted with a leading program designer to make sure that we created a powerful experience that can deliver the best results.

You see, the best feedback I receive has always come from attendees of my live keynote presentations or people who experience the in-person training that I occasionally do at mastermind events, which would cost thousands to join. But when you join The Art of Being Flawsome, you’ll be able to access training and mentorship from me at a way lower price.

The total value of this program is $4,185.

When you join this live guided experience, you won’t pay $3000, $1000, or even $500…

Because this is my first ever live group mentoring program, all I’m charging for your lifetime access to this step-by-step live online mentoring experience is just $299

If you join today, you just have to pay the early-bird price of $199.

But hurry, this is only limited to the first 15 seats. If I decide to do this program again in the future, the price will be upwards of $900 or more…

All I ask for is your full commitment to show up, actively participate in the program and integrate the changes you need to conquer your inner critique, transform your beliefs and be in the best relationship with yourself.

And be flawesome!
